An investigation into issues interfering with product delivery.

An assessment is an investigation into issues that are interfering with the client’s ability to function well and deliver products on a timely basis.

It involves stakeholder interviews, analysis, preparation of findings and recommendations, and delivery of a final report which highlights action items to address the issues discovered.

Assessments are particularly useful when the issues affecting the client are unclear and subject to confusion and disagreement.

02. Advisory Engagement

Question-and-answer sessions and hands-on coaching.

In an advisory engagement, we are available for question-and-answer sessions and hands-on coaching about various Agile practices.

Advisory engagements are useful when a client has an existing Agile process but is dissatisfied with how well the process is working and wants some help improving it.

03. Agile Transformation

Converting a development organization to an Agile process.

An Agile transformation takes a client through the process of converting a development organization from its previous state to an Agile process.

The scope can be as small as a single team, or as large as multiple teams spanning the globe for a large enterprise.

The basic stages of a transformation include scoping, planning, training, kick-off, and coaching the organization until people have mastered the new world well enough to stand on their own.

Depending on needs, an Assessment may also be included.

What does an Agile assessment involve?

How long does an engagement take, and how is it priced?
It is scoped to your goal — from a short assessment or training through multi-month transformation and coaching. Reach out with your situation and you will get a tailored proposal rather than a one-size package.
Do you deliver on-site or remotely?
Both. Engagements are delivered on-site at your facilities and include remote coaching for distributed hardware and software teams across locations and time zones.
Will the improvements last after the engagement ends?
That is the objective. Coaching is paired with training and executive alignment so your teams own the process — the goal is durable capability, not dependence on a consultant.
